Thoughtfully designed, our memory care neighborhood features welcoming spaces; modern senior apartments for safe and secure living; and adaptive, life-enriching programming developed to bring joy, meaning, and purpose to life for each person who lives here. 

Unique to SageLife communities, including Daylesford Crossing, we offer a variety of apartment layouts for our memory care residents, from cozy studios to spacious, two-bedroom apartments. This variety of configurations allows us to offer the traditional single layout or allow couples or relatives to remain together during their journey, should that be their desire.

Our Connections neighborhood centers around the central, large courtyard. The calming and comfortable surroundings feature large windows that invite the outdoors in. The garden theme carries throughout to let sunlight fill dining, activities and living spaces along the entire corridor– and also provides a safe, multi-season path for walking.

The neighborhood also features a large aquarium, media room, and full access to the lush, secured outdoor sculpture garden. It’s a beautiful, comfortable place where residents feel at home, with attentive staff on site 24/7 for support and safety.
