America's Past: Myth and Reality

The real stories may surprise you.

Much of our knowledge of history comes from textbooks and films that based their content on commercial considerations. This course will look behind the curtain to examine some of the key events and people in our past.

Presenter Michael Simeone is a former high school Social Studies teacher and a faculty member at Widener and Temple Universities.

The series begins November 1st and runs five Wednesdays from 1:30 until 2:40 pm.

A $30 fee (for the entire lecture series) is payable to Widener University at the first lecture.
