Danielle Palermo, Executive Director
Danielle brings more than 20 years of senior living experience and a deep passion for providing exceptional care and support to seniors. Inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and their families, Danielle joined the team at Daylesford Crossing and has proudly served as the Business Office Director for the past four years. She considers it both an honor and a privilege to support residents and their loved ones each day.
“Working with seniors is incredibly rewarding. Their experiences, wisdom, and resilience inspire me daily,” Danielle shares.
Danielle earned her bachelor's degree in business finance and was raised in Connecticut. Her background in business administration, combined with her genuine passion for helping others, has enabled her to build strong and meaningful relationships throughout the Daylesford community.
In her role, Danielle is dedicated to ensuring residents and families feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they arrive. She is committed to fostering a positive environment for residents, staff, and guests while advancing the compassionate mission of Solera. “It’s important to me that every resident feels valued, respected, and truly at home,” she says.
Outside of work, Danielle is married and a proud mother of three daughters, as well as several grandchildren with whom she enjoys spending quality time. She is also actively involved in her community and remains grateful for the opportunity to serve seniors, finding purpose and fulfillment in positively impacting their lives every day.
