Claudine has 20+ years of experience in senior living, having joined Daylesford Crossing as a caregiver in Memory Care several years ago. Now, as Memory Care Director, she still loves coming to work every day to see her Daylesford family. “Spending time with residents and keeping them engaged and happy is very rewarding for both them and me,” she says.

Caring for her elderly grandmother inspired Claudine’s passion for helping others. She relates strongly to compassion and commitment; treating residents with kindness and understanding their needs. “I always use a positive approach.”

Away from work, Claudine enjoys spending time with her son, family and friends, attending church, and watching movies with subtitles and tennis. She says, “I’m Jamaican and like Italian food!”
